(Liana does not state or advertise herself as an IBCLC, as she has not sat for the exam yet.)

  • Herbalism: She learned and applied clinical herbalism knowledge as part of her Master’s degree program and was mentored by a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor.

Liana’s clinical focus is on fertility and hormone balance, combining her advanced nutrition training with a holistic approach to support women in preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

The title Clinical Nutritionist is used to reflect her graduate-level training and professional designation in Clinical Nutrition. (Supporting documentation available upon request.)

Her mission is clear- to empower all women with the knowledge necessary to lead fulfilling lives and experience healthy pregnancies. Liana advocates for holistic remedies and whole food preparations, steering away from conventional store-bought products. She recognizes the uniqueness of every individual, and her personalized approach involves working closely with you to achieve your goals and enhance your well-being. Through a combination of clinical nutrition and herbal wisdom, Liana aims to provide the support and guidance you need.

Tired of Conventional Products?

My philosophy centers on the purity and effectiveness of nature, which is why I meticulously craft our herbal products using only organic ingredients. Each product is crafted with care and reiki infused by myself, as I know how hard it is to find nourishing products to use.

I believe in harnessing the potent, healing powers of nature which is why each herb is meticulously selected and are beneficial to your well-being and kind to the earth.

  • I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all diet that suits everyone, wich is why I guide my clients away from FAD diets and towards personalized nutrition plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.

  • When reading a nutrition label, it’s crucial to look beyond just the serving size and calorie count. Working with me, you’ll gain the skills to not only interpret nutrition labels accurately but also to understand ingredient lists.

  • While supplements, tinctures, and decoctions can offer potential benefits, it’s important to recognize that they are not universally necessary, and their effects can vary from person to person. Individual responses to these products differ, emphasizing the Importance of personalized approaches to wellness.
