Services & Programs

• Consultations, Supplements, Custom Herbal Remedies, & Programs: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final once a program has begun.

• Digital Products: (e.g., PDFs, mini-courses) are non-refundable after purchase since access is granted immediately.

Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling and will result in a fee.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of technical issues (e.g., inability to access a purchased digital product), at our discretion.
